How to Email a Quote

From Quote Screen – Be sure terms has been selected and all Estimated Charges have been added.
Click “Save”
Select Email
Select Documents you wish to email
Click “Preview” (review documents, if you wish to make any changes select the back arrow in upper left)
Choose Format (HTML, Attachment only, or PDF + Attachements)
If PDF + Attachments is chosen, pop up window will appear. Select images or datasheet you wish to have attached to email by checking box on right. Once selections have been made click “attach send email” ribbon and new window will open in outlook with Quote Paperwork along with attachments selected.
Recipient’s email is automatically selected based up email address entered in Company Contact.
Add any correspondence and send
