How do I Set Employee Rights?

Getting Started

Starting from the main dash board or any page that has a ribbon bar

From the main dash
  • Click File
  • Click Open
  • Click Employees
From any page with a ribbon bar
  • Click Quick Jump Display
  • Click Employees

Locate and select the employee

  • Click Employee Lookup on the left in Common Tasks
  • Use the Search or visually locate the employee in the list below
  • Double Click your selection
  • Click the Employee Rights Tab
  • Click Expand All to view current and available settings
  • Add or Edit selections as needed
  • Click Save
  • Click Close

 

You must restart the system for changes to take effect
